Cancellation Policy
Customers can request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed, printed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Product delivered is incorrect
- Order cancelled within the eligible cancellation period
To request a refund, customers must email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear images / video of the product
- Reason for refund
Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refund Mode
- Refunds for online payments (Razorpay) will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Customized / personalized products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Requests made after the allowed time period
Shipping Cost
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
